"Do not crack your fingers do you get arthritis?" The answer is no. While this may be annoying to those around you, the fingers cracking is completely harmless. There are different ways to treat this condition that affects many. Here are some natural medical treatments that arthritis patients are:

Eat again right diet that is rich in vitamins C and E and calcium has been known to prevent arthritis.
